The Flats at East Gay

ACS was engaged to bring to completion a 25-unit new construction project with a tight timeline from the ownership group.  This project was in the rough mechanical state when ACS came in to support from a Construction Management position, working from that point on through achieving the Certificate of Occupancy.  ACS also supported material procurement, subcontractor solicitation & contracting, financial projections & schedule management.
